I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of colonia Roma. The rooms were clean and reasonably quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants and bars. While the dining experience was a bit inconsistent, the overall value for money was great.

I stayed at The Valencia suite which faces the street and has a balcony overlooking the fountains. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. The service was friendly and helpful, making arrangements for day trips and even holding onto a special pillow we left behind from a previous visit. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, while not fancy and on the smaller side, were comfortable, clean, and offered views of the center sidewalk and fountain along Obregon. The only drawback was the noise from a vibrating exhaust fan from the main floor restaurant running up the rear of the building.
